Job description

We are seeking a reliable dedicated Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team in Muskegon, Michigan and surrounding areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. A Phlebotomist is needed to complete the Insurance Medical Exams in Muskegon, Michigan, and surrounding areas.
  2. This is a Mobile position.
  3. Your office will be in your home.
  4. You will travel to the clients that you will need to meet with.
  5. This is a Flexible Schedule Position as you will make your own hours and you will decide how much you would like to work.
  6. This is an Independent Contract position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and store blood samples from patients.
  2. Distribute samples to designated departments.
  3. Monitor storage and inventory of supplies.
  4. Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
  5. Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures.
  6. Assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. 1-2 years of practical Phlebotomy Experience.
  2. Can speak and understand both in Spanish and English.
  3. Live in Michigan.
  4. Experience taking Vitals (Height, Weight, & Blood Pressures Readings).
  5. Computer Literate.
  6. Detail-oriented.
  7. Reliable Transportation.
  8. Can Pass a Federal Background Check.
  9. Very Organized.
  10. Excellent Communication Skills.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or other related fields.
  2. Ability to build rapport with patients.
  3. Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
  4. Strong organizational skills.
  5. Effective communication skills.
