Job summary

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics Company, is recruiting mobile phlebotomists to perform at-home blood draws and vitals within City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. The role is part-time, with flexible AM/PM/weekend hours and independent contractor status (1099).

Ideal candidates are certified phlebotomists or Med Techs with at least one year of experience, possess their own stethoscope and supplies, and can travel to client locations while maintaining accurate documentation and health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Certified Phlebotomist or MA/Med Tech/LPN with phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience (100 sticks) and accurate record-keeping.
• Must have stethoscope, BP cuff, scale and tape measure.
• Reliable internet with printer/scanner to print, scan and upload documents.
• Reliable car and auto insurance; ability to travel in City of Chicago and suburbs.
• Background check and urine drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile phlebotomy with punctuality.
• Collect blood and urine samples; obtain vitals and document medical history.
• Perform EKGs as needed and prepare specimens for transport.
• Label, centrifuge, and complete paperwork; upload to ExamOne Portal.
• Ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab and provide daily case status.

Experienced Phlebotomist/ Med Techs with 1 Year Experience (100 Sticks):

• Pay per completed assignment.
• Pay Biweekly.
• Flexible Hours, AM, PM, or Weekends.

Overview

• Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Techs, LPNs.
• Position Part Time with Flexible Hours Available.
• Position Independent Contract. 1099. (PT).
• Willing to travel in the City of Chicago and all Metropolitan Suburbs.
• Who is self-motivated and likes to work independently.

Job Duties

• Conduct Mobile Phlebotomy professionally and on time.
• Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
• Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
• Obtain blood and urine samples.
• Perform EKG as needed.
• Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
• Upload All completed documents in the ExamOne Portal.
• Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab.
• Provide Daily Case Status.
