Vitalant is hiring Mobile Phlebotomists to support community blood drives with traveling duties within a 200‑mile radius. Base pay ranges per hour with a $4,000 sign‑on bonus and a structured training program.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an active driver’s license, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and three overnight stays per month; travel and expenses are covered.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and ensure comfort and information during donation.
• Perform blood draws after training; maintain accuracy of donor records.
• Coordinate with donor care team to set up and run mobile blood drives within the 200‑mile range.
• Receive coaching and support from managers to develop career success.
