Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification- based on state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration.
• Must have internet access, computer, and printer.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care: Conduct Exams at individuals' homes or workplace. Take vitals, record medical histories, perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Manage Specimens with Precision: Label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe transport.
• Be a Mobile Ambassador: Travel locally to meet clients, ensuring a flexible schedule and top-tier customer service.
• Stay Tech-Connected: Use company portal to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload exams within 24–48 hours.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with inventory, keep spaces clean, dispatch calls, and mentor new team members.
