Asset Risk Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our mobile team in Surprise, AZ. You will collect blood samples from patients at their locations; transport reliability is essential, as kits are provided and no centrifuging is needed.

You are paid per successful blood draw, with rates ranging from $30 to $40 per patient depending on experience. Prioritize urgent requests, maintain patient comfort, and follow safety protocols.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices in patient identification methods.
• Familiarity with the legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency
• Collect patients’ personal information
• Determine the correct venipuncture method for each patient
• Provide patients with reassurance during the collection process
• Use sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment to draw blood
• Correctly label samples and send them for testing
• NEVER send back ANY NEEDLES with any Blood draw
