Qualifications

• 2+ years of current phlebotomy experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
• Access to a cell phone, internet, printer, and computer.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood, urine, and/or saliva samples.
• Perform EKGs.
• Take vitals (height, weight, blood pressures readings & pulse).
