Qualifications

• Active phlebotomy or medical assistant certification – based on state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year phlebotomy experience with at least 100 documented blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collection, and EKG administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on care: perform exams at homes or workplaces, venipunctures, vitals, and EKGs as applicable.
• Manage specimens: label, centrifuge, split, and package for transport with accuracy.
• Travel locally to meet clients and maintain flexible schedule while delivering top‑tier service.
• Use company portal to confirm appointments and upload exams within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and mentor colleagues.
