Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization required.
• Over 100 successful fingersticks or 200 venipuncture blood draws within the last 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing results including height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Conduct blood draws via fingerstick and venipuncture.
• Transport supplies to health screening events.
