Job summary

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, seeks a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist/Examiner to join a field-based team serving clients at homes or workplaces. You will perform venipuncture, basic vital signs, and specimen handling while traveling locally and maintaining high patient care standards.

You will use company technology to confirm appointments and upload results within 24–48 hours, keep work areas organized, and mentor new staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active phlebotomy or medical assistant certification per state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience with at least 100 blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine and EKG collection.
• Must have internet access, computer and printer.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care: Conduct Exams at individuals' homes or workplace. Take basic vitals, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Manage Specimens with Precision: Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Be a Mobile Ambassador: Travel locally to meet clients where they are, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top-tier customer service.
• Stay Tech-Connected: Utilize a company technology to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload completed exams to our portal within 24-48 hours.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members.
