Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program and certification as a Phlebotomist.
• Proven experience as a Phlebotomist, preferably in a mobile phlebotomy setting.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and proficiency in blood collection techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in specimen handling and documentation.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic laboratory procedures.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
