Job summary

American Health Associates in Port St. Lucie, FL is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist for a part-time, flexible schedule.

You will visit patients at homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, performing venipuncture and capillary collections with careful verification of identity and specimen labeling. You’ll work independently, provide compassionate patient care, document thoroughly, and communicate with lab staff.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Port St. Lucie, FL
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques

The role

Are you a skilled phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional patient care? We’re seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout Port St. Lucie — visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.

What your day looks like

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Port St. Lucie, FL
