Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a pharmacy technician.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple locations to support pharmacy operations and medication distribution.
• Collect information needed to fill prescriptions from customers or healthcare professionals.
• Measure, mix, and label medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Ensure accurate prescription preparation and dispensing.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and providers.
• Process insurance claims and handle medication inquiries; manage inventory during transit.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols while transporting medications.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals.

This role requires extensive travel (60-70%) to various locations to assist in pharmacy operations, medication preparation, and patient support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a mobile setting.

M-F: 7am-3:30pm, 12:30pm-9pm

Sa-Su: rotating weekends

  Travel Requirements

  Percentage of Travel: 25-75%

  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel.
  • Ability to travel 60-70% of the time.

  To perform this role will require frequently sitting, standing, walking, typing on a keyboard with fingers and occasionally bending, reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders). The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 11-20 lbs.
