Job summary

Arnot Ogden Medical Center in New York State is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform routine Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging with an emphasis on safety and quality service. You will prepare, administer, and measure radiopharmaceuticals under Radiologist direction and perform QC on imaging equipment.

The role requires licensure in Nuclear Medicine Technology in NY or eligibility, ARRT/NM certification with CT credentials preferred, and willingness to travel with the mobile PET unit

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program or an equivalent certification.
• Current NMTCB/ARRT Nuclear Medicine certification required; CT certification preferred.
• New York State licensure in Nuclear Medicine Technology or eligibility prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging procedures following protocols.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and measure doses.
• Maintain QC routines and calibrate equipment for safe, accurate imaging.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring safety and confidentiality.
• Travel with mobile PET unit to Centralus Health locations as needed.
