Job summary

Furry Land CTX/DFW is seeking experienced mobile pet groomers to join our Dallas–Fort Worth area operations. You will drive grooming vans to scheduled appointments and provide grooming services for dogs and cats, following breed standards and client preferences.

The role requires at least 1 year of professional grooming experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends. You will educate owners on home care and maintain a clean, well-equipped van.

Qualifications

• Education: Training through state-approved program or equivalent training under experienced groomer.
• Experience: MUST HAVE at least 1 year of PROFESSIONAL experience.
• Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with breed-specific cuts and coat types.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to drive a grooming van safely.
• Ability to work independently and manage time to meet appointments.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs animal grooming duties such as washing, brushing, clipping, trimming coats, nails, and ears.
• Follows breed standards and owner's instructions for clipping and trimming coats.
• Answers telephones and schedules appointments.
• Ensures vaccinations are up to date.
• Discusses grooming needs with clients.
• Cleans, organizes, maintains, and disinfects animal quarters.
• Orders and stores supplies.
