Bark & Mane offers a luxury mobile grooming experience, where groomers work in our vans and manage their own schedules. You will provide one-on-one grooming for dogs (and occasional cats) with support from our team for scheduling and van upkeep. Daily Schedule & Pay

A typical workday is 10 hours, consisting of:

• 8 hours paid at your hourly rate of $16.90 (CA overtime rules apply)
• 1 unpaid meal break (1 hour)
• 1 additional hour (the 9th hour) paid at time‑and‑a‑half

Grooming Performance Bonus

In addition to hourly wages, you may receive a daily performance bonus based on van revenue from grooming services.

Bonus Structure:

Van Revenue:

• $650 --> 5% additional Performance Bonus
• $750 --> 10% additional Performance Bonus
• $850 --> 15% additional Performance Bonus
• $950 --> 20% additional Performance Bonus

Bonuses are calculated on gross service charges before discounts and do not include tips.

Tips belong entirely to you and are not used to satisfy minimum-wage requirements.
