Job summary

Bark & Mane Of South Bay is seeking an experienced pet groomer for a fully mobile Mercedes-Benz grooming salon serving the South Bay. You’ll focus on grooming pets and delivering an exceptional customer experience, while we handle scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and supplies.

We offer a 4-day work week, sign-on bonus for qualified experienced groomers, competitive earnings with commission, tips and bonuses, flexible shifts, health and dental benefits, and ongoing training and professional

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional pet grooming experience required.
• Strong grooming skills and ability to complete full-service grooms independently.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to drive a large Mercedes-Benz grooming van.
• Passion for pets and customer service.
• Dependable, professional with good communication and ability to work independently.
• Physically capable to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service pet grooming for clients.
• Deliver high-quality grooming results and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and pet owners.
• Safely handle dogs of various sizes and operate grooming equipment.
• Work independently in a mobile van while leveraging team support when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of professional pet grooming experience — REQUIRED
• Strong grooming skills – Comfortable completing full-service grooms independently and delivering consistent, high-quality results
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – Must be comfortable safely driving a large Mercedes-Benz grooming van
• Passion for pets and customer service – You care about both the animal and the customer experience
• Dependable and professional – Strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently
• Physically capable – Able to stand for extended periods, safely handle dogs of various sizes, lift up to 60 lbs., and use professional grooming equipment throughout the workday
