Bark & Mane of Severna Park and Glen Burnie is seeking a passionate Mobile Pet Groomer to join their team in the Arnold, MD area. The role involves performing grooming services for dogs and cats in a mobile van, traveling to client locations, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked mobile unit.

The position offers part-time scheduling (2 or 3 ten-hour days), opportunity for advancement, and a supportive pet-first culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to safely handle animals of all sizes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Knowledge of grooming best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service grooming on dogs and cats, including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, and finishing.
• Operate and maintain a mobile grooming van, traveling to client locations throughout the service area.
• Safely handle pets of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments with patience and care.
• Communicate professionally with pet owners regarding grooming preferences, coat conditions, and pet behavior.
• Perform nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and other hygiene services as requested.
• Keep the mobile grooming unit clean, sanitized, and fully stocked between appointments.
• Manage a daily appointment schedule efficiently to ensure timely service.
