Furry Land of Central and Northern NJ in East Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a passionate Mobile Pet Groomer to join our growing team. This role offers the freedom of a mobile grooming environment and the chance to pamper pets at their doorstep, delivering stress-free, one-on-one grooming experiences.

You will travel to client locations across Central and Northern NJ in a fully equipped van, build trusted relationships with clients, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with proficiency in a variety of breeds and coat types.
• Strong knowledge of grooming techniques, tools, and breed-specific styling standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a daily appointment schedule.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a mobile setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service mobile pet grooming including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
• Travel to client locations throughout Central and Northern NJ in a fully-equipped mobile grooming van.
• Deliver a stress-free, one-on-one grooming experience for each pet.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe grooming environment inside the mobile unit.
• Build positive relationships with pet owners and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling and communicate arrival times with clients.
• Identify and report any skin, coat, or health concerns observed during grooming sessions.
