Paws & Reflect is seeking a passionate Mobile Pet Groomer to join our Clarksville, TN team. This role offers the freedom and variety of mobile grooming, with opportunities to work with dogs and cats of all breeds. You will travel to client locations, deliver full grooming services, and provide exceptional customer care.

We value reliability, care for animals, and strong communication with clients. Part-time or full-time positions available; W2 employment with compensation based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years professional pet grooming experience.
• Must be 18+ years old (insurance requirement).
• Proficiency in breed-specific cuts, hand scissoring, and styling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform full‑service grooming on dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
• Travel to client locations throughout Clarksville, TN using the mobile grooming van.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized mobile grooming van between appointments.
• Build positive relationships with pet owners and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assess pet health and coat condition, noting concerns to owners.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely arrivals.
• One on One grooms
• Handle pets in a calm, safe, and compassionate manner at all times.

About the Role:

Paws & Reflect Dog Grooming is looking for a passionate and skilled Mobile Pet Groomer to join our team in Clarksville, TN! Responsibilities:

• Perform full-service grooming on dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, including bathing, drying, brushing, and haircuts
• Travel to client locations throughout the Clarksville, TN area using our mobile grooming van
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized mobile grooming van between appointments
• Build positive relationships with pet owners and provide exceptional customer service
• Assess pet health and coat condition, noting any concerns to pet owners
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely arrivals to client locations
• One on One grooms
• Handle pets in a calm, safe, and compassionate manner at all times

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years professional pet grooming experience required
• Must be 18+ years (per insurance requirements)
• Proficiency in breed-specific cuts, hand scissoring, and styling techniques
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be comfortable driving large van / truck
• Ability to safely handle pets of all sizes and temperaments
• Strong time management and organizational skills for managing a daily route
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and handle pets throughout the workday
• This position is solely a commission based position (more clients, more opportunity)
• Part time or full time available, W2 employee
