Job summary

Shared Medical Services seeks a PET/CT Technologist to join a growing team working on a state‑of‑the‑art mobile scanner serving local communities. This full‑time, employee‑owned role emphasizes patient care and teamwork within SMS ONETEAM.

You will perform imaging procedures, QA checks, and maintain patient comfort and confidentiality while adhering to safety standards. Eligible NMTCB‑CNMT or ARRT(N) and a Nuclear Medicine program background are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program or soon to be graduate from a Nuclear Medicine Program.
• Registered/registry eligible: NMTCB‑CNMT or ARRT(N).
• Ability to receive permits to practice as necessary.
• Ability to produce quality images with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering radiopharmaceuticals.
• Perform equipment quality checks and adhere to QA guidelines.
• Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality.
