Job summary

Barnes Quality Pest Control in Bend, Oregon is hiring a Pest Control Technician / Lawn Care Technician to cover route-based residential and commercial service. You will apply pest control products safely, communicate clearly with customers, and identify opportunities to offer additional services on-site.

The role is on-site, full-time, with training provided. Experience in pest control or lawn care is valued, and advancement opportunities exist within the Senske Services family.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
• Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires.
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead in providing routine service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments.
• Apply company products to eliminate pests safely and effectively.
• Identify and alert customers to additional service offerings to provide value and grow service adoption.
• Cross-train in both lawn applications and pest control and communicate clearly with customers onsite.
