Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a dedicated Universal Service Professional to service residential customers in the Atlanta area. You will be on the road, delivering top-notch pest control service while building lasting customer relationships and managing your route.

No prior pest control experience is required, and comprehensive training is provided. The role includes a company vehicle, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid leave, and discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1-2 years pest expereince preferred

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: create lifelong connections with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Managing Your Service Route: daily operations of your Universal Service Route.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company equipment or vehicles.
