Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated independent personal trainers to deliver in-person, in-home fitness sessions. You control your schedule, service area, and client opportunities, choosing locations that fit your availability. This is an independent contractor role (not employment).

Sessions occur at client homes, apartments, fitness centers, workplaces, parks, or other agreed locations. Fees per session vary, with no guaranteed client load.

Qualifications

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to safely provide personal training services
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept
• Successful completion of credential and background-screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on client goals, needs, preferences, and safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of your qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment you determine appropriate for the engagement.
• Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety reports, and other admin tasks.
• Provide additional client-specific services only when those services are disclosed and accepted.
