Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks qualified independent personal trainers to deliver in-person, client-centered fitness sessions in clients' homes or local locations. This is a mobile, independent contractor role with flexibility over locations and schedule.

Trainers decide which client opportunities to accept, travel to client sites, and set their availability while maintaining professional standards and certifications. Independent contractor status with Svetness is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to safely provide personal training services
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept
• Successful completion of applicable credential and background-screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on professional judgment and client goals.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely and within your qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use appropriate equipment at client locations as arranged.
• Complete platform records for scheduling, sessions, billing, and safety reporting.
• Inform clients of additional services only when disclosed and accepted.
