GYMGUYZ seeks a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver in-home and on-site training across homes, offices, and organizations. You bring NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM or equivalent certification, CPR/AED, and a passion for coaching clients to their goals.

Enjoy a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time, competitive hourly pay ($35-$50/hr) with performance bonuses, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and a clear growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficient with mobile apps Mindbody and Trainerize to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
