GYMGUYZ is seeking a Senior Fitness Specialist to deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using our app, and conduct reassessments to track client progress.

You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule (part-time to full-time), competitive hourly pay ($32–$50) with performance bonuses, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and a clear growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Embraces using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
