Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking an in-home female fitness trainer to bring personalized workouts directly to clients' homes, offices, and organizations. Earn $32-$50 per hour with performance bonuses and growth opportunities; flexible schedule from part-time to full-time.

You’ll design programs using our app, conduct reassessments, manage your schedule, and promote DRIVE values. Must hold a nationally recognized cert and CPR/AED, have reliable transport, and enjoy mobile app-driven coaching with

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Experience using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication (Mindbody/Trainerize)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy and creativity.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Promote brand values and client engagement during sessions.
• Attend company events and represent DRIVe values in every session.
• Motivate clients, document results, and celebrate milestones.
• Collaborate with a supportive nationwide team to grow your practice.
