Job summary

GYMGUYZ Greater Memphis is seeking a certified personal trainer to provide in-home and on-site training across homes, offices, and organizations. You’ll design personalized programs, reassess client progress, and manage schedules with our mobile app tools.

We offer flexible part-time to full-time opportunities, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and career growth toward Master Trainer and leadership roles. Travel is involved, with nationwide support from our network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience using mobile and web apps to manage sessions and client notes
• Strong communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
