GYMGUYZ Central Jersey, NJ & Lower Bucks, PA is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training with flexible hours, ranging from part-time to full-time. Compensation is $30–$40/hr plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

You will design personalized programs via the GYMGUYZ App, perform reassessments, and manage your calendar while traveling between sessions with support from a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
