GYMGUYZ delivers in-home and on-site fitness sessions, bringing workouts directly to clients' homes, offices, and organizations with no rent or walk-in delays.

The Female Exercise Specialist role offers flexible scheduling (part-time to full-time), growth opportunities, and a clear path to Master Trainer and leadership positions.

Applicants should hold a nationally recognized cert (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.), CPR/AED, and be comfortable using Mindbody and Trainerize to manage sessions.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
