GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer in New Jersey to deliver one-on-one fitness instruction and help clients reach their health goals. The role combines professional training with excellent customer service, serving a wide range of clients at the client’s location and scheduling sessions through our app.

Part-time to full-time opportunities exist, with a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA or DEAC accreditation.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• All experience levels welcome.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, technical).
• Basic nutrition knowledge and healthy living practices.
• Knowledge of various exercise equipment and training methods.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.

Responsibilities

• Follow the workout program developed from the initial assessment.
• Choose customized exercises that provide optimum results per the client’s needs.
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure the client is performing correctly with or without modifications.
• Document and plan your sessions in our GYMGUYZ App.
• Complete session notes after each client training session.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4 – 6 weeks.
• Maintain client sessions through GYMGUYZ scheduling software.
• Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
