Job summary

GYMGUYZ West Metro and Minnetonka is seeking an Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home or on-site training across Minnesota. You will design personalized programs, reassess client progress, and flexibly manage your schedule. A strong communicator with a certification and CPR/AED is essential.

Qualifications

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
CPR/AED certified (required).
Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage your schedule efficiently.
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion.
