GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site training. You’ll create personalized plans, track progress in the app, and motivate clients to reach their goals with professionalism and DRIVE values.

This flexible role offers part-time to full-time options, a nationwide support network, onboarding and continuous development, and growth paths into Master Trainer and leadership.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
