Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring trainers to deliver high-energy in-home and on-site sessions across the country. Join a mobile fitness brand that brings workouts to homes, offices, and organizations with flexible hours and no gym space required.

You'll design personalized programs via our app, track progress, and advance to leadership roles while earning $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses. Training and development are provided, with growth opportunities across the network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal trainer certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Proficient with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments and manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive national team
• Represent GYMGUYZ values in every session
