Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Patrol Officer for our Chicago Regional Office in Bensenville, IL.

The role requires conducting patrols by foot, vehicle, or golf cart, and delivering excellent customer service while enforcing site rules. Candidates must have a 20-hour security training certificate, a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR, and be at least 18 years old. Qualifications

• 20-hour security training certificate
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot, vehicle, golf cart, and/or bicycle patrols
• Monitor and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and emergencies
• Enforce site rules, post orders, and company procedures
• Write accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Respond to incidents and notify appropriate personnel
• Perform site-specific duties such as reception, loss prevention, loading dock, or elevator security
• Provide professional customer service and de-escalate situations
• Complete required training and maintain all licenses and certifications
