Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Paramedic for our Mobile Occupational Health team. This non-clinical based role travels to corporate client sites to perform health screens, hearing testing, vaccinations, and other preventive services.

You will work across Metro Detroit with some Michigan-wide trips, driving your own vehicle when needed. Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to assess and respond to diverse medical situations are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a Paramedic program.
• Valid State of Michigan Paramedic license in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS credentials.
• Experience in pre-hospital emergency care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health screens at client sites.
• Administer vaccinations and preventive services.
• Perform drug screenings and clinical procedures.
• Conduct hearing tests and respirator fit testing.
• Collaborate with clients and team; travel as scheduled.
