You will work with a caseload of individuals who live in the community in their own apartments, but who still need weekly support with symptom management and coping skills, managing finances, scheduling and attending appointments, grocery shopping, and other daily living tasks. This position requires driving within the community, and Mobile Outreach Specialists receive mileage reimbursement.
