Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Market Director-level Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, COTA or PTA to provide in-home outpatient therapy in Watertown, CT and surrounding areas.

The salaried role offers a posted USD 100,000.00–108,000.00 per year with a USD 5,000 bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, generous PTO, and ongoing CEUs through Medbridge. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field with licensure eligibility.
• Experience in home-based or outpatient therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home settings for older adults.
• Assess needs, develop and deliver physical therapy programs to promote independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety in daily activities.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care and referrals.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to schedule and professional standards.
