Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Mobile Outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant in Katy, TX, to provide home-visit therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role supports cognitive and physical rehabilitation for geriatric patients in a post-acute setting.
Qualified candidates hold a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential and have outpatient experience preferred. Reliable transportation is required for home visits and travel between patients.
Falcon Pointe Post Acute in Katy, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery.
