Flagship Therapy in Lubbock, TX is hiring a Part Time Mobile Outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. This role requires providing skilled treatment interventions to patients with cognitive or physical disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active state license/registration where applicable.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and necessary treatment interventions to patients.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate adjustments with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness.
