Job summary

Vision To Learn is seeking a licensed Optometrist in California to join our mobile clinic team serving schoolchildren in the greater San Gabriel Valley. This is a full-time, independent contractor role with five days per week, delivering high-quality eye exams and glasses to students in underserved communities.

We offer $85–$95 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule. Requirements include a Doctorate and California Optometry license; travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Optometry required.
• California Optometry License required.
• Willingness to travel across the greater San Gabriel Valley area.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams for schoolchildren in mobile clinic settings.
• Prescribe vision devices and dispense glasses as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and coordinate with school sites.
