Aria Care Partners is seeking a Mobile Optometrist to serve patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities across our region. You will perform exams, diagnose and treat ocular conditions, and manage eyewear prescriptions while traveling between sites in the Shreveport area.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem, travel or contractor) and a sign-on bonus is available. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualificações

• Perform comprehensive eye exams using mobile equipment.
• Diagnose ocular diseases and conditions.
• Prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Educate patients and facility staff about eye care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct eye exams using mobile equipment and general diagnostic interpretation.
• Diagnose and treat ocular disease.
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses.
• Recommend follow-up and care options for patients.
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on vision and care.
• Deliver excellent customer service across patient interactions.
• Support development of the overall service.
