Eyes On Eyecare is seeking a Mobile Optometrist to join our team and provide excellent eye care to our patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will deliver clinical services and routine, acute, and chronic eye disease care, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment with kindness and discretion.

Work-life balance is flexible: as little as a couple of times per month up to five days per week, with a production-based model and a guaranteed minimum per day rate.

Formación

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct eye exams using mobile optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretation.
• Diagnose and treat ocular disease.
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses.
• Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options.
• Answer questions and educate patients, family or responsible parties, and facility staff about any concerning vision and optical matters.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions.
