Job summary

Eyetastic Services seeks an experienced Optometrist to provide mobile eye care in correctional facilities. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive daily rates, and the chance to serve a medically complex population in a secure setting.

Openings for part-time (1099) and full-time (W2 or 1099). Full-time earners can reach $350,000–$400,000 annually with a strong emphasis on independence and travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• OD degree required.
• Heavy medical optometry experience required.
• Residency training preferred; new graduates must have completed a relevant residency.
• Ability to travel to multiple correctional sites.
• Willingness to work in correctional facilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing complex ocular and systemic conditions.

Position Details:

• Minimum daily rate: $1,000; average $1,500-$2,000 per day
• Full-time ODs can earn $350,000-$400,000 annually
