Life Scan Wellness Centers seeks an APRN to conduct comprehensive head-to-toe physicals and screening exams for Firefighters and Police Officers. The role requires travel regionally and nationally to department locations, with education and guidance provided for abnormal findings.

Ideal candidates will hold an active APRN license with ACLS/BLS, strong communication, and solid MS Office/EMR proficiency. A vehicle capable of carrying equipment is required for on-the-road duties.

Qualifications

• Active state APRN license is required.
• ACLS and BLS certification are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office, imaging software, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct head-to-toe physicals during visits.
• Perform vision and hearing screening exams.
• Summarize test results and provide guidance/recommendations (no diagnosis).
• Interpret lab results with dietary recommendations.
