Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Solutions (DIS) in Blue Ridge, NC, a subsidiary of Catalyst MedTech, seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) for per diem, day-shift work. The role involves mobile SPECT imaging, IV starts, isotope administration, and strict adherence to radiation safety.

You’ll join a proactive team focused on patient care in outpatient settings, with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements. Travel to client sites is required as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with patients and ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to assist with mobile imaging equipment and transfers.
• Capacity to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and/or perfusion cardiac studies, including image processing for physician review.
• Follow all policies: quality control, exam procedures, radiation safety, dosing and documentation.
• Start IVs aseptically and administer isotopes per standards and company protocol.
• Maintain regulatory compliance at federal, state and local levels.
• Document results in EMR and assist with mobile operations at customer sites.
