The ideal candidate will bring licensure, BLS, and a willingness to work in a dynamic long-term care setting. ACLS and Infection Control certification are preferred, and reliable transportation is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current NP license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Infection Control Certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle) required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site clinical assessments in a mobile long-term care setting.
• Travel throughout the New York City area for patient visits.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care.
