Job summary

Charlotte Radiology is seeking a MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI procedures across multiple Southern and Central Charlotte locations. The role emphasizes safety, patient comfort, and accurate documentation of orders, history, and authorizations under physician direction.

The ideal candidate will have MRI experience, ARRT MR certification, and a strong patient-care mindset, with ability to travel between sites and adhere to radiation safety procedures. Mileage reimbursement applies.

Qualifications

• MRI procedures experience
• Must be ARRT MR certified
• BLS certification required
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to obtain quality images
• Verify orders and prepare patients
• Administer IV GBCA when required
• Maintain QA documentation and safety protocols
• Coordinate with Radiologist and PACS/IT for imaging distribution
