Daniels Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to service hospitals in and around Omaha, NE. This non-desk role involves on-site visits, handling medical waste containers, and collaborating with hospital staff to ensure safe exchanges, proper segregation, and efficient service delivery.

You will lift heavy containers and operate carts in clinical areas, while maintaining inventory, using a company smartphone, and representing the company with professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
• Personal transportation to work sites is required.
• Reliability and willingness to travel between locations are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas, including spaces with sensitive equipment and patients.
• Lift containers up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs throughout the day.
• Maintain inventory of containers and keep areas stocked and organized.
• Use a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with the team.
• Keep staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
