Job summary

Precision Door Service is seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanic to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This hands-on, road-ready role brings expert mechanical service directly to customers to maintain our fleet and uphold precision in our service.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as an automotive mechanic or mobile technician, with knowledge of engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems, plus proficiency with diagnostic tools and OBD scanning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as automotive mechanic or mobile technician.
• Knowledge of engines, brakes, suspension and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and OBD scanning equipment.
• Ability to work independently.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site vehicle diagnostics, repairs and maintenance at customer locations.
• Conduct routine services including oil changes, brake repairs, fluid flushes and tune-ups.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to the team.
• Complete accurate service records and documentation for each job.
